Asphalt Sealing & Maintenance
- Pro Care offers parking lot sweeping and debris collection and removal, which is an important part of spring maintenance.
- Pro Care offers commercial asphalt sealing for both residential driveways of all sizes and commercial parking lots. Utilizing our spray system specifically designed for commercial applications along with a commercial grade asphalt sealer, we offer a service that will seal and penetrate asphalt, reintroducing products initially added in the asphalt manufacturing process. This seal protects your asphalt from the harsh Canadian weather including snow, UV rays, and salt.
- This product has a quick drying time, which allows home owners and businesses to use their driveway or parking lot with little down time.
- Depending on conditions, asphalt will not need to be re-sealed for 3-4 years.
- In addition to sealing, we offer hot rubberized crack filling. This product fills gaps in asphalt cracks and joints with a pliable rubber coating, preventing water, ice, and salt penetration, which can lead to early deterioration of asphalt surfaces.
Line Painting
- Using our gas powered line painting equipment designed for commercial applications, we apply highway grade MTO approved paint to establish parking spaces and stencils.
- This process ensures that your parking lot is easy to navigate and identifies fixed landmarks, such as: accessible parking spaces, no-parking zones, and traffic flow arrows, etc.
- By combining all three services, asphalt sealing, crack filling, and line painting, it reduces the risk of hazards and early deterioration.
